a. Account Registration
To use certain features of Cdoc, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are liable for any activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
b. Prohibited Activities

b. Cdoc Content
All content, software, and other materials available on Cdoc, including but not limited to text, images, videos, trademarks, and logos, are the intellectual property of Cdoc or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without express permission.
5. Payment and Subscription Plans
a. Pricing
If you subscribe to one of our paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Pricing for the Service may change, but any price changes will not affect your subscription during the current billing cycle. You must provide accurate payment information and authorize Cdoc to charge the applicable fees. If a payment method is declined, we may suspend your account until payment is successfully made. Unless otherwise stated, all payments for subscription plans are non-refundable. However, Cdoc may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds for certain circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.
6. Termination and Suspension
a. Termination by You
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to any refunds unless specified. Cdoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cdoc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to its availability, functionality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

In no event will Cdoc’ total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
